This pull up bar is constructed from 1.7mm thick refined heavy steel with a fine powder coating to protect against rust and corrosion. We also use high-quality lock nuts to ensure the bar won't come loose during use. The improved safety makes it a great improvement over the default choice. It has a 440-lbsload capacity at most. The high-fiber foam coating these grips not only makes them comfortable to hold but also gives you a secure hold, allows you to use them for a variety of tasks, doesn't wear out quickly, and is non-slip.

Our door frames used to be contacted by stiff foam; we've since upgraded to a more pliable silicone rubber.

The chin up bar also comes with two replaceable, 4mm-thick silicone pads that leave no residue. Why bother wearing protective shields? When we work out, we experience a pulling force from above and a pushing force from below. As a result, it's prudent to employ a dual-silicone construction (like buying insurance for your door frame).

This pull-up bar is perfect for at-home use because of its portable design and the fact that it can be mounted on any standard door frame measuring 24" to 32". Due to its portability and light construction, it can be installed on virtually any standard door frame. A pull-up bar mounted to the door frame is secured in place without the use of screws or the risk of damaging the door thanks to the bar's leverage.
