Made from 1.7mm thick refined heavy steel with a fine powder coating to prevent rust and corrosion, this pull up bar is built to last. To further guarantee that the bar remains securely fastened, we use only the highest quality lock nuts. The added security makes it far superior to the standard option. The maximum weight it can support is 440 kg. In addition, the high fiber foam that coats the grips makes them easy to hold, provides a firm grip, serves multiple purposes, is nonslip, and is resistant to wear.

Additionally, two 4mm No-Trace removable silicone pads are included with the chin up bar. Putting shields on is for what reason? Because there is a restraining force acting upwards and a releasing force acting downwards when we exercise. That's why it's smart to use two layers of silicone (like buying insurance for your door frame).
